Headache and sensitivity to bright light
I have mild headache through the day. Daily when I wake up there is no headache but as day passes the headache increase. I visited doctor 1 month back.He said the eyes are dry and suggested enlube 4-6 times a day. The headache has decreased but it is still there. Also, the headache increase in bright light a lot. I have twice check my eye power its -0.25 in both eyes. My daily screen time is 8-10 hours. I use blue ray coated glasses during screen time.
Also, I met accident some time back and taking calcium medicine from past 7 months.

Hi...you should do a check up for number after dialatation to see if mild number is there
Also to look at other causes of headache..see fundus , sinus etc..
