Light rainbow Halos around bright lights

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I've underwent relex smile surgery three months back. My vision will be absolutely perfect at daylight or when abundant light is available. But under low light or at night I see halos with light rainbow type around bright lights. I'm afraid is it glaucoma..Please help me
