I am experiencing headache and sensation in back side of brain. Sometimes the pain goes and sometimes I come

If pain is infrequent occuring for few hours and few days in a month, without any visual complains then Migraine without aura is a possibility as this is most common type of headache, other possibilities are NDPH, TTH or secondary headache. You need to tell specifically about your symptoms
