Headache and legs muscles pain thyphoid

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am feeling consistent pain in my forehead in both side including full head. And consistent pain in legs muscles like(ainthan) during ayurvedic treatment . So is there any medicine for this problem or any remedy for such pain. Help me
