Hi i am 35 year old and have high hb 18.4 and high hct 51 .pls confirm what to do .Also my bp was high 140 / 100

The most common reason for a high hct level is dehydration. Suggest you to consult with your full cbc report. For the bp control your salt intake and repeat after 2 weeks.
