He has Bad headache in every 2 days since years and he can't see properly in night.(if he is thinking something and he turn his face to see he see blur) can't see clear face.

hello This headache could be due to many causes like sinusitis, migraine,lack of sleep,stress etc. Kindly consult local physician and get proper examination done Difficulty in night is suggestive of some retina disease... Kindly Consult local opthalmologist and get proper fundus examination done
