Its been 3 days since hving very light headache in central part of head and forhead.. Its start after i wake up in morning and persist through out day... Eye strain also... 10 days before taken medicine for this issue then for 5 days it was normal no pain.. Again it started... I dont know what can be reason kindly advise...i have issue with strong smell and got heache with that also...

Headache is a very common symptoms. Cause can be anything from eye strain to brain tumor.
Please get your BP recorded in the morning (on getting up) and 2-3 times.
Get your eyes tested.
Get basic blood investigations like CBC, Blood sugar, Lipid profile.
