Headache and Eye pain

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I'm 20 years old and I use glasses with power -2.5 D. Nowadays a load of headache and sleeplessness is causing too much disturbance and also my eye pains a lot. I think the power of my glasses must have increased. Actually I don't know,Sir!

Headache associated with eye pain has a number of causes; but the most common ones are - refractive error --- needs correction - excessive near work --- needs eye relaxation excercises, rest - vitamin or mineral deficient--- needs multivitamins - stress or strain --- avoid. If you are a heavy system user --- try using uv coated eye glasses. Hope this helps:)
