Headache and eye pain

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I had not slept for almost the entire night 2 days back and from yesterday onward having headache and eye pain. Also, i had been identified with Vitamin D deficiency and already consulted the doctor and taken chew able table for the same . please suggest.
