I've been having a headache and dizziness with a slight fever since 1 week. I cannot do simple things and get very dizzy, I get nauseous sometimes. I am on my period so I cannot be pregnant. I feel weak and fatigued.

Dizziness has several causes. Anxiety, positional vertigo, low BP, low sugar levels, cervical spondylosis etc are some of the common causes. Depending on the cause the treatment will vary. There is no SINGLE treatment for dizziness. You need a detailed neurological evaluation to find the cause and get treated accordingly.
