I get frequent headaches which lasts upto 3 days without painkillers. Usually I have them on one side. I try to avoid any sound and lights as possible. Any louder sound from television or mobile gets me all angry. Sometimes I get nauseous. I get pain behind the eyes too. Pain starts from the neck region. I feel helpless and rely on painkillers. People advice me to not take these painkillers as they could be bad to the
liver. I never consulted a neurologist. I am under depression medications. I am taking vinlep 300 twice and zosert 50 once a day. I get headaches more frequently around menstruation. Travelling after a long break, sunlight, avoiding morning tea, interrupted sleep, spending more time on computer or mobile or TV, longer hours in an airconditioned room, pungent smells, sudden change in weather, are the things that usually causes headache to me. Could this be a migraine? If yes, is it in a severe condition?
