Headache and body pain feverish feeling
From yesterday morning I am having headache and body pain and little feverish type feeling.i took paracetamol in morning it felt better in evening I again started feeling the same so I took one more paracetamol in night before sleep today I had a good sleep.but now iam again slight feeling of  headache could you please advise

It seems to be a viral illness due to temperature change. Make a record of temperature 3 times a day You can take paracetamol maximum 3 times a day Maintain hydration and add coconut water in your routine
