Hi there,
The description of ur symptoms suggests a sinus related problem above all. To further confirm the same, please notice if it worsens as the day progresses, and worsens whenever u bend forward and if there is tenderness over certain areas on face.
Next Steps
Try using steam inhalation with a little vicks vaporub added to it in morning and evening . if that does not work consider consulting an ENT specialist before anyone else

Hi normally when there are continuous head ace, heaviness, not comfortable with the vision, it will relate to eye problem. but I think as you have sinus also, Please visit ENT at the earliest, during this time you can take steam in hailing / vapor (normal) , in night (before sleep) will help you to get rid of basic problem like heaviness. Please avoid all cold items, including vegetables and fruits like cucumber, orange, grapes, soft drinks, curd and anything from direct fridge should be avoided. kindly consume warm water and anything related to routine food habits. take care.
