The doctor may have prescribed this tablet for the prevention of your headache if it's of long term duration like migraine.Consult with the same doctor or a neurologist for a second opinion ,as stopping  eliwel tablet abruptly is not advised.

The treatment of a headache caused by sinusitis typically involves addressing the underlying sinus inflammation. Here are some steps to consider: Decongestants: Over-the-counter decongestant nasal sprays or oral decongestants can help reduce nasal congestion and relieve pressure in the sinuses. Pain Relievers: Non-prescription pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can alleviate headache pain and reduce inflammation. Nasal Irrigation: Using a saline nasal spray or a neti pot can help clear mucus and reduce congestion in the nasal passages. Prescription Medications: In some cases, a doctor may prescribe antibiotics if the sinusitis is bacterial or corticosteroids to reduce inflammation. Rest and Hydration: Getting plenty of rest and staying hydrated can help your body fight the infection and alleviate symptoms. Steam Inhalation: Inhaling steam from a bowl of hot water can help relieve congestion and reduce headache discomfort. Avoid Triggers: Stay away from irritants like smoke and allergens that can worsen sinus symptoms.
