Head spinning

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Severe head spinning and dizziness mostly while lying down and getting up from sleeping posture. Since last 4 Days experiencing this problem along with low BP. At present my BP is 85/61. Some sort of shoulder ache and back ache is also there.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Blood pressure is low and ask the patient to drink plenty of fluids and ORS etc. Dizziness with posture change points to BPPV. You can ask the patient to take a tab. Vertin16 twice a day after food for 3 days. If it still persists, get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
