Head spinning
Hii Doctors I am having light headed(sometimes left side of the back),head spinning, disbalance problem from 10days..I Am taking stemetil md one tablet bedtime from 2days but the spinning sensation didn't go.. I am going to get married next month and I don't want to take lots of medicines..as I have PCOD problem too.. Doctors plz help me what to do.. Am I taking the right medicine??

Hello there, your head spinning sensation, disbalance can be due to vertigo, for that stemetil works good but it should be taken twice a day, PCOD will be coverd with it only and visit ENT doctor for check up as vertigo symptoms came due to imbalance in the middle ear.
