Dear sir/ mam, Last night suddenly I felt falling down my head started to spin like anything and with sweating. I feel like vomit. Now I can't able to sleep my head is spinning when I lay down. What to do?

Do you have any medical history of any illness? Dizziness with nausea could be due to high blood pressures
