Head spinning and nausea
Yesterday suddenly my head started spinning with nausea feeling. I was even not able to sit or walk. When I was walking I was not able to maintain the balance and was going one side.
What could be the problem? Practo doctor suggested its a vertigo but I have never felt the same before. Can someone please explain about it?
