If she is having Bp , sugar problem.. If possible consult physically to your nearest doctor for checking of bp and blood sugar level..
Weakness ke wajah se bhi chakkar and tension ghabrahat hoti hai.. Sabse pahle to ghabrana nahi.. Sab thik ho jayega..
