Dear Doctor I am suffering for unbalance , head pressure and ear ringing for the past 2 years, I am using Beterserc 16 mg, but doesn't help much. Pleaser seeking your advice

Hi this can be BPPV or meniere's disease ....needs proper evaluation . Get audiometry done and positional tests after stopping betahistine .
