Head is heavy
Past 2days my father who is 82 years old hasnt been keeping upto him self With his blood pressure and diabetes under control.he has been feeling rather weak and vomiting and complaining of heaviness in his head.what should i do??? He had virtigo as well in the past should v proceed with the virtigo medication

acute onset of vertigo and vomiting in old age with other systemic problems such as hypertension and diabetes needs complete neurological evaluation..though vertigo can be due to ear problems its not always true.. consult a neurologist and get ct or MRI of brain to rule out any major problems..if everything is normal then you can take regular anti vertigo medicines
