Head injury
I was sleeping on Tuesday night accidently my room mate hit me by her head while sleeping next day in the evening I was feeling dizzy and a headache for which I had a aspirin it was fine then then the next morning again I was feeling dizzy when I woke up and had vomitted once while brushing my teeth after then I took a pain killer bit still have a continuos headache since then which is not resolving with any pain killer. I'm attaching my Ct scan report pls review

There's nothing much to worry. CT scan looks ok. The dizziness is due to the impact of injury. Should subside in a few days

Post concussion. Ct doesn't reveal gross abnormalities as per image. Mostly may be benign,but need to see by nearest doctor. T.Naxdom 500 sos (only if u have Severe symptoms) for symptomatic relief as of now. Hydration.
