Hi I am having heavy head in front of light and loss of taste and smell, can this be due to sinus infection, if yes how to treat that and what will be the recovery time

Sudden loss of taste and smell can't be because of a sinus issue ... Usually is due to covid ... Kindly get urself tested and plz don't panic even if positive
