Head is greedy. It's somewhat in the alternate days. Yesterday it is ok. Today not well. In previous MRI Scans, there is no issue.

This could be bacause of a number of reasons like Bp Cervical issues And head related issues You will require an evaluation to establish the cause for same

Get a Mri of Cervical spine n brain along with evaluation of neck vessels if not already done in recent times Please share these pieces of information for me to be able to help you more
