Head feels heavy with dizziness
When I bend forward or look up I feel dizzy. It feels like pressure on my head. My blood pressure is normal. I wear spectacles

If it is dizziness then it can be BPPV. but if it is pressure on your head then you will need brain imaging.avoid sudden head movements.
