Head burn and fever with stools

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My baby is 8 month 13 days old. She got fever since 3 days. Visited pedt. And doc suggested Pacimol 0.8ml 3 times and Ziprox 4ml 2 times. But wen she take these med. The fever will come down. But after 2 -3 hours again her head starts heating up very high were as the hands and legs are in normal temp. She is even doing stools which is in green colour often. Pls advise. Gave her sponge bath and also applied warm water cloth over head no improvement.

Green stools usually hv no problem, during fever sponge with cold water not warm , revisit your doctor for re examination
