Since your question is bit unclear, if its for a 32yr old female who has headaches, bodyaches, generalised weakness and has a 4 month baby, then my opinion for her is- take proteinous food like fresh sprouts, egg white, consume carrots and fish since it is rich in vitamin A, drink twice daily one cup of milk, eat lots of vegetables, if you are a non vegetarian weekly once chicken or meat, dont skip meals all this things I am advicing because lactating mothers need energy to breast feed their infant, skipping meals or following diet to reduce weight immediately after childbirth, will cause weakness.
