Measure temperature of your baby. Normal axillary temperature of babies of 3 months ranges from 36.5 to 37.5 degree celcius. So if it's normal, baby is active and alert and gaining weight, there is not much to worry about. However, if fever is present, consult with a pediatrician.
What are the parameters of your kid. Is he feeding well stool and urine are normal.
Always measure with thermometer the temperature if greater than 100°farenheit then consult.
