Head ache on forhead

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Sir i was suffering with headache on forhead from 14 days nearly I was using dart dolo 650 but no use I was getting tension of covid But i had only headache Doctor help me to clear it, headache not heavy but little bit high ,rearly eyes burning plz help me sir. Note:6 yrs back i got same issue i used shreya's xenobid tab but i couldnt get that tab now in market

Headache is symptoms of brain not getting proper relaxation. Need to avoid stress so no electronic devices use. Do regular walk or exercises. Relaxation therapy like deep breathing and meditation Read a favourite book at night before going to sleep. Sos painkillers.
