Head ache n body pain
I get headache oftenly..pain will be back side also n even neck n hand pain will be there..I have spects also..I don't know y I get head ache..I want to know its coz of nerve problem o something else..I have this problem from many years

Probably due to lack of exercises, please start regular walking and some neck exercises
