Head ache and neck pain

I have neck pain since 2 weeks,and persistent headache (moderate), do I need to check for meningitis I tried touching my chin to chest (as read on net) but I couldn't.

This could be not due to meningitis but could be due to spasm of neck muscles due to improper neck posture.

Hello Dear, The most important symptom of meningitis is fever. If you are not having fever, then you don't have to worry. Please don't diagnose yourself based on internet.
