Head ache and ear pain
I have been suffering from head and sometimes ear pain also since three weeks...last week due to some domestic function I haven't slept well...I have slept for 5 -6 hrs only...I have a baby of 1 yr 8 months old...so during sleep also I have to wake up for his needs...and I am a Woking woman so I have no time to take rest during day time also...please suggest me medicine or any tip to follow at home...to get relief from head ache and ear pain

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need 7-8 hours of good sleep. And you can take a tab. Trosera-D twice a day after food for 2 days. If it still persists, get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
