Hello I am getting frequent headache and pain at back of neck from past one week Head while lying if give my head rest on pillow or surface it pains more What it can be

HELLO, CONSULT AN ORTHOPEDICIAN. X--RAY CERVICAL REGION AP/LAT VIEW TILL THAN, TABLET FLEXON MR WHEN EVER YOU HAVE PAIN. HARD BAD, THIN PILLOW. LOCALLY APPLY VOLINI GEL OR SPRAY THREE TIMES A DAY OR AS REQUIRED. O.K BYE.
