While playing he fell down and he bite his lip .it is so deep cut on the lip .what to do we cannot apply any ointment on that place

Hi there ....the best way is to immediately go for tetanus injection followed by a dental checkup... So that proper investigation and treatment can be done if necessary....

Hi. Follow these steps-
1. Clean the area with cotton soaked in warm water.
2. Apply betadine ointment twice daily on the lip
3. Take him to doctor to give tetanus injection.
4. Visit dentist for dental evaluation.

If it is a deep cut immediately take tetanus toxoid inj and go for suturing otherwise it leaves bad scar
