Asked for Male, 27 Years

Recently I have taken lipid profile test part of health checkup.My HDL value is low than normal. What measures needs to be taken? My values as below Tc-158 Ldl-93 Hdl-28 Tricglyricides-90 Tc/HDL ratio-5.7
