Hi I have unknowingly ate icecream today and I have a HBA1C test scheduled on Wednesday.will that effect my HBA1C levels by any Chance?

Hi...
HbA1c is a average of blood sugar which shows of 120 days ..
So eating ice cream on the day will not affect the values of HbA1c...
You can go head with testing
