After a day i tested for fasting
Sugar Level and it's normal (84).
22 years old M.
I eat a perfect balanced diet.
Follow a healthy lifestyle with proper gym and resistance exercise.
I don't eat direct sugar and unhealthy stuff.
As i hit gym, so i wanted to gain some weight and started eating more carbohydrates along with more protein from last six months.
I am eating around 2500 Calories and around 1000 calories come from Carbs.
So i was thinking if this elevated reading could be the result of high carb diet and should i need to worry about it? I read on internet that 5.8 is prediabetic. Please i am very concerned about my health.
