Your hba1c is under the pre diabetes category. You can check your fasting glucose level and 2 hours post prandial glucose level to correlate.Previous days sweet consumption doesn't alter the hba1c.

Your HbA1c is 5.7%, which falls in the pre-diabetic range (5.7–6.4%), not diabetes. It reflects your average sugar over 3 months, so eating cake/halwa last night will not affect this result. Right now it just means you should watch diet, exercise, and repeat tests later — no need to panic. If need proper mangamet of diabetic or If more questions are in your mind, you can contact me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine for free consultation.
