I am in 14th week pregnancy and in my blood report, i was found hbE carrier/trait and asked my husband to get the same test done. Does it mean i have thalassemia ? Is my baby at risk? Please advise. My hb level is 10.5, only concern is HbA2 elevated due to B12 deficiency and mask iron deficiency
