Having cold from 2 -3 and baby taking doses for the cold and cough due ..The reason we don't know why baby having too much sweat

Just check whether baby having fever also? Some babies do sweat lot. Just see whether baby have sweating during feeding or all time. Please inform you'r Pediatrician about it.
