Thank you for your question. You need to see your gynaecologist at a hospital near to you. You will need to be examined and a pregnancy test done to determine if you are pregnant. An ultrasound scan will help determine if this is inside the uterus if the test is positive. Other tests will be to rule out an infection and any problems in case your appendix is the cause.
