Having stiffness in all joints of Body.

I am 35 year old and I was playing 1 hour badminton daily from last 1.5 years but suddenly stopped playing badminton since March 18.
I am facing stiffness in hand fingers, knee joints, elbow joint and foot fingers joints.. having inflammation in all the joints...I am allergic from dust and having sinus issues...
What are various factors invovled in the stiffness and joint inflammation.
