Having skin scars in leg
My father age 62, having diabetic. Fasting sugar level 98 and after breakfast 348.He recovered from covid.his saturation oxygen level 99 and pulse rate 78.Last few week onwards he facing skin turn Black spots in leg...keep increase mildly but not have any pain and sratches...He taking medicines for heart and not take any tablet for kidney...he not face any issues for kidney (urine is normal)

This is Ichthyosis vulgaris. It's an inherited skin disorder in which dead skin cells accumulate in thick, dry scales on your skin's surface. The scales of ichthyosis vulgaris, sometimes called fish scale disease or fish skin disease. Sometimes, mild cases of ichthyosis vulgaris go undiagnosed because they're mistaken for extremely dry skin. This can b controlled and treated but if left unattended can get worse with time. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
