Having severe fever
He is having severe fever for last three days. Temp is about 102 degrees, test for typhoid and malaria is negative. Platelets count is 1, 20, 000. Should i go for a dengue test, if so then which test should be preferred..!!!!

In dengue fever takes 4 to 5 days. And u can get Dengue NS1 antigen, Dengue IgG antibody, Dengue IgM antibody and also check platelets daily. Keep taking plenty of fluids orally and take bed rest.
