Having red bumps/hives on body
Hello sir, my kid 20.5 months old is having red bumps on and off on his body mainly on hands and face and few here n there on legs/back/stomach. It's been 2 3 months and visited dermatologist too who give steroids based creams but it will not cure it properly. Attaching pic for reference, please let me know what it is and how to cure it.
