I got hit by a tennis ball in the right eye with full force it has become red and there is little swelling around and pain what should I do??

please do cold compresses and put exocin eye drops and nepaflam eye drops 2to3 times daily and tab diclogesic one tab twice daily. if there is any visual  disturbance  please  consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
