Having pain in left side chest

Asked for Female, 42 Years

Having current like pain in chest upper left breast but all the report are normal. Done ecg echo which is normal Bp 120/80.tmt normal angiography normal but still having chest pain. Cholesterol total is 138,hdl 48 ldl 77,Triglycerides 118,Lipoprotein 18.35mg Creatinine 1.02 surviving with single kidney since 2009,urea 18,Hb1ac 5.5, fasting sugar 92.ssuffering from Gerd from one year,taking rabium Plus empty stomach, Acogut100 twice before food ,sucral syrup after dinner, met xl 12.5 after dinner.
