Having pain
Huge pain near the left collar bone area in the back....can't even move......pain is not scattered it is happening at one place only......

Pain at one point is generally due to a trigger zone in muscle. It is very difficult to treat with physiotherapy because targeting that point is difficult. Pain killers also not very effective because they can't reach there in adequate concentration.
An injection under ultrasound vision at that specific point and correct depth works very well because the whole dosage is given there. Please take it from a pain physician, as soon as possible because this can spread slowly.
