  4. Having left chest discomfort. Me ecg?

Having left chest discomfort
Is something wrong with me ecg? My doctor didn't seem to worry about it however, told me it wasn't 100℅ perfect.. I have been having chest discomfort on and off for the last 10 days.. Also I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder 5 years back.
