Having irritation in throat

Hi, I am having a irritated back throat from last 4 weeks. No cough. It is very mild but not going away. It feels good when I eat or drink. I am having left ear pain some times. I had augmentin 625 twice for 5 days but no improvement. Is it a serious concern?

It may be due to laryngopharyngeal reflux. Do u have acidity? Foreign body sensation in throat? Frequent throat clearing?
